Bottom-mount Freezer Drawer Project

JES engineered a bottom-mount freezer drawer solution for the access of storage compartments in a refrigerator application. The solution, which was custom-manufactured for a leading industrial appliance manufacturer, included a powder coated bracket attached to the inner member of drawer slide and overcame numerous challenges including high-cycle requirements (300,000 cycles), FDA approved grease, stainless steel ball bearings, plastics/polymers, lubrications, 96-hour salt spray test and others.
