Jonathan Engineered Solutions:  In late Q4 of 2006, JES received an impressive 94% rating (industry standard is 91%) audit and is now an AS9100 certified manufacturer.  The new AS9100 certification allows JES to expand our capabilities in the Aerospace Industry.  A project for an integrated seat-slide assembly for a major aerospace integrator is already underway.   

With JES recently being certified as an AS9100 manufacturer, a major aerospace product supplier approached JES for it’s expertise in linear movement expertise.  JES engineered an innovative integrated seat-slide assembly for their aircraft interior system.

JES designed and manufactured an ergonomic slide-tray assembly that included a personal storage component and cup holder for use on a communication system on-board a military aircraft.  The project entailed understanding of numerous military market dynamics, from engineering design through manufacturing and delivery, including conformance to weight constraints, comformance to military specs, cycle testing, ruggedization, cost effectiveness, and even aesthetics and ergonomics.

Introducing the next-generation drop-in ball-bearing slide system for Server, Technology, Data Storage, and other rack-mount applications.  The next-generation drop-in ball-bearing slide has been successfully engineered and the simplicity of “dropping-in” a chassis into a slide has been combined with the smoothness of ball-bearing sliding.  Contact a Sales Engineer for more info.
