The 510QDG series slide is a solid bearing slide, or non-ball bearing slide, and is an alternative to use when ball bearing slides are not recommended, or when a potential issue could arise from loose ball bearings that may be caused from mis-alignment during re-assembly.
The 510QDG slide is .38" wide x 1.69" tall and manufactured with carbon steel and finished with a ROHS compliant commercial Zinc. Optional finishes (including dry film lubricants) and customizations are available.
The 510QDG is a 3 section slide with a load rating of up to 95 lbs. The slide locks open and is provided with a quick disconnect feature. Additionally, the chassis section or inner member will interchange with one another. The 510QDG is similar to the Jonathan 510QD series slide, but the 510QDG is readily available as a drop in replacement for competitor solid bearing products, specifically the General Devices C300 and the Accuride 2907WB series. The 510QDG slide is also available in a 304 stainless steel material option and can be found in the 510QDG-SS section.
This slide series may be mounted directly to sidewalls of cabinet or rack enclosure mounted using available connection brackets. These brackets will adjust to meet different cabinet rail to rail distances. Complete your installation with Jonathan Wire Management solutions.
