The T1U-100 COTS standard light duty tray includes the 340 series lock open and disconnectable slides, adjustable brackets, easy panel fasteners to lock the tray, and has a load rating of 126lbs. The T1U-200 COTS standard light duty ruggedized tray includes the 170QD series with lock open, adjustable brackets, easy panel fasteners to lock the tray, and has a load rating of 123lbs. The T2U-100 COTS standard medium duty tray includes the 370 series with lock open & disconnectable slides, adjustable brackets, easy panel fasteners to lock the tray, and has a load rating of 165lbs. The T2U-200 COTS standard medium duty tray includes the 150QD series with lock open, adjustable brackets, easy panel fasteners to lock the tray, and has a load rating of 254lbs. Optional upgrades such as anti-slip pads or server straps are available.

Materials, Finishes, and Testing

Aluminum slides are manufactured in high strength aluminum and anodized with MIL-A-8625A, Type II, and Class 1 finish. The intermediate channel is finished with a durable dry film lubricant. Carbon Steel slides manufactured using cold rolled steel and finished with commercial zinc finish, RoHS compliant. Stainless Steel slides are manufactured from 304 series stainless steel with Passivated finish. Optional finishes and customization are available for all of Jonathan slides. Testing capabilities include continuous cycle, static and proof loading, load life, pull force, side force resistance, or destructive.
