Series 510QD

The 510QD series slide is a solid bearing slide, or non-ball bearing slide, and is an alternative to use when ball bearing slides are not recommended, or when a potential issue could arise from loose ball bearings that may be caused from mis-alignment during re-assembly. The 510QD slide is .38" wide x 1.69" tall and manufactured with carbon steel and finished with a ROHS compliant commercial Zinc plating. Optional finishes (including dry film lubricants) and customizations are available. The 510QD is a 3 section slide with a load rating of up to 105 lbs. The slide locks open and is provided with a quick disconnect feature. Additionally, the chassis section or inner member may interchange with one another. The 510QD slide is also available in a 304 stainless steel material option and can be found in the 510QD-SS section.This slide series may be mounted directly to sidewalls of cabinets or into rack enclosures when using available connecting brackets. These brackets are adjustable to meet various cabinet rail depths.
