Materials, Finishes, and Testing for Solid Bearing Slides
Aluminum drawer slides are manufactured in high strength aluminum and anodized with MIL-A-8625A, Type II, and Class 1 finish. The intermediate channel is finished with a durable dry film lubricant. Carbon Steel slides manufactured using cold rolled steel and finished with commercial zinc finish, RoHS compliant. Stainless Steel slides are manufactured from 304 series stainless steel with Passivated finish. Optional finishes and customization are available for all of Jonathan solid bearing slides. Testing capabilities include continuous cycle, static and proof loading, load life, pull force, side force resistance, or destructive.
